Query or Comments : I was looking for a Josephine ROBICHAUD born around 1880 and her ancestors. She was the first wife to Alexander DAIGLE born Sept 1877, I think in Point Sapine. She would be my greatgrandmother. His second wife is Ursules LEBOUTHILLIER from Rogersville ??. I can find lots of Robichauds but not the ones I seem to need to find. There are alot of ROBICHAUDS married to my DAIGLE line back to Grand Pre. I am also looking for a Marie Nathalie ROBICHAUD born about feb 1796 and married to Jean Louis DAIGLE in Point Sapin and Blanche ROBICHAUD born 1732 and married to Olivier DAIGLE who died in Saint Malo, France and she died in Saint Charles, NB 1818.

Some of the info he used to start his Joseph mazerolle line started with some research data from 3rd cousin and interviews with second cousin of mine ( as I was told) who neither have have access to my grandfather's, previously great granfather's attic and some of the official copies of church documents within, His book is probably the best general source of info on our familly but I presumed it to be an ongoing project in continoust development. If your data you gave me is from the book I suspect the manitude of the work (all Mazerolles) left minor details aside for later revision. I don't presume to infallible and in no way am I qualified to critique his book expecially one which I yet to obtain and read.

Query or Comments : Hi T Mazerolle; The information I sent you yesterday was taken from the book `The Mazerolle`. Therefore, I cannot be sure if the dates are exact, but I have no reason to think otherwise. To verify those dates prior to 1901 you can check the records at the University of Moncton Archives, to check those later than 1901, you will probably have to rely on the church records. Before we enter any names on our charts, we double check them at the Archives. We enter as many marriage or birth dates as we can on our charts. Sometimes we run out of space. For additional family data, you are welcome to use my Guestbook.Our research is limited to Acadian families.
